GREEN PEPPER IN BRINE
Freshly harvested tender Green Pepper is cleaned to free from extraneous matter and
thoroughly washed.
The washed berries are treated several times in brine solution of appropriate
concentration over a period of one week and finally the berries are stored in the final
stock solution of brine.
The Green Pepper thus processed retains its green colour and freshness over a period of
minimum one year.

Discoloured corns : Below 2%
Insect infected corns excreta, mould growth : Nil
Concentration of brine : Less than 14%
Packing : 25 kg net in Jerry Cans or as requested.
Shelf life : 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored below 25° C in closed
containers away from direct light. |
