NUTMEG
Oleoresin Nutmeg is the solvent extract of ground rip seeds of Myristica Fragrans of
Sri Lankan origin. The buff to light orange coloured semi-solid waxy resin has the
characteristic aroma of nutmeg.
 PRODUCT QUALITY
Chemical characteristics : Volatile oil - tolerance +/- 1%.
Residual solvent less than 25 ppm.
Spice equivalent : 1 kg of product replaces 6-8 kg of good grade ground mace.
Specifications offered : Volatile oil content 30%-40%. In addition, we also supply
products to meet specific customer requirements.
Solubility : Soluble in alcohol.
Microbiology : Free from micro-organisms and their toxic metabolites.
Packing : 20 kg / 40 lb HDPE pails or as per customer requirement.
Shelf life : 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored below 25 °C in closed
containers away from direct light and not under humid conditions. |

Data Sheet if requested.
